Phil Disley

Operations Director

With an extensive career within the Security Industry for 30 years, I have worked at Senior level with some of the largest Commercial and Retail companies in the UK before joining the team at Copeland Security in 2007.
 
My role within Copeland encompasses the day to day operation of the business, dealing closely with Clients, supporting the Management Team, and driving the continued growth of the Business.
 
As a Team, we are committed to offering a Quality Driven Service whilst adapting to meet the needs of our Clients at all times. I like to think that Copeland goes the extra mile to ensure we provide a service that is "Second to none".
